LEADER is part of the Scotland Rural Development Programme - SRDP. Information about SRDP Rural Priorities funding, which is separate from LEADER, can be found on www.scotland.gov.uk/topics/rural/srdp
To be eligible for Rural Priorities funding you will have to obtain a Business Reference Number. SCVO has produced a useful briefing paper on this.
